Poem -

Arrogance On Fire...

Your behavior is weird
For no fire drill
Pretending all is well
Yet the fire still

The smug you are showing
With fire growing
Leaves room for questioning
Your lack of doubting

A shack that's in the shade
Beats palace ablaze
Your being superior
Is only your maze

Who provides for the proud
That they too may eat
Nor forsaking the loud
Them too must have meat

Shadows of grace please
Provide life's manner
That whosoever can
Choose humbler's banner

Humble too has a look
And a behavior
No pretense nor lacking
It's flavor, savor...

For when arrogance pleads
There is none to help
For it's own might proceeds
Fuel, it's own hemp
