Awaken Me from Dreaming

The horizon is calling me,

into the full moon of the night.

Is this emotion from yesterday?

Inside something doesn’t seem right.

Am I through with the willingness,

 to leave and not fight.

Invisible destiny is nowhere in sight.

Trapped with this will,

That is to survive.

The emptiness is calling out,

to make me alive.

I scream in my dream,

why is this me?

And then I was awakened,

and directed to see.

The voice that I heard,

I felt in my sole,

This voice was like no other,

It was total control.

The love that I felt,

is the love that I want.

Awaken me from Dreaming,

 as I’m filled now with Hope.
