Back in 1974 🤣

With my fashionable flares on my legs and mahoosive platform shoes on the floor

Boppin’ til I drop till and my feet are sore

Disco dancing with my buddies is what I adore..

I am sat in the science lab on a Friday at school

I like this subject a lot the Bunsen burner is cool

And I understand this information coz I am no fool

Scientific knowledge is something I would never ridicule..

Now my head is in the clouds coz the weekend is near

So I do not hear the science teacher as he is shouting in my ear

Well my mind is thinking what to wear for Saturday night in another hemisphere 

But then ‘Sir’ brings me back to reality with a ruddy reprimand I fear..

“OHHH NO!!” I have to stay behind after this lesson

I have made Mr. Fitzsimmons in a bad mood and he is awfully a’stressin’

So he is on the warpath with me without any messin’
