Be the light

Be a chainsaw and the heart will lose its beat,
Be the scapol and kindness surely will repeat,

Treat each other like tempered chocolate,
With respect and love not like a door mat,

The smallest gesture can make someone's day,
It'll be sure to take their sadness away,

Why not help those who suffer,
Only a monster would want to make their lives tougher,

Find the goodness in you're heart,
Sending a smile their way is a start,

You may not want at the time but we all need a friend,
Someone who can stop you coming to life's end,

Reach out to let loved one's know that you care,
Remind them that you will always be there.
