Beltaine: ( The Fire Festival)

Beltaine: ( The Fire Festival)

Between spring equinox and summer solstice,
Celtic tribes honoured Bel: a great god of life,
Death, cattle, fire, healing, crops, hot springs and rich
Rewards. In a festival that purified,
Named Beltaine, past deeds and times were forgotten,
And people gathered together to welcome
Rebirth via new fires, and jewelled moments.
Under night's skies, The blessings of golden ones,
During the summer months, was what they wished for.
Via rituals, they opened perception's doors.
