Poem -

Betrayal

Betrayal is like no other pain I have ever experienced before.
It’s like when your mum gives you a kiss goodnight
But the next night she doesn’t do it.
And she still doesn’t do it.

Betrayal is hearing your best friend
Said that you’re rubbish at things and that you’re a copy cat.

Betrayal is people hating you for no good reason.
Betrayal is people laughing at you for the things you love to do.

You can’t see betrayal.
You can’t touch betrayal.
But it’s there
and it hurts.
