Big Plan

As a little boy I got pushed off the good path

Ended up falling under the Devils wrath

I thought that evil was my only friend

I swore allegiance to the dieing end

I did the things that made it worse

By the time I was a teenager I was really off course

A heart of stone and a soul gone cold

I was living the life that makes a child old

Living life at the speed of sound

Chasing something that couldn’t be found

Those who knew me often said

That before I become a man I would probably be dead

And that would be true if it wasn’t for my spirit

Because when the reaper called it wouldn’t hear it

Years have gone by and I did become a man

The only thing I can think that it is in Gods big plan
