Bitter

Bitter

eyes penetrate deep into my soul
smile arouses my true laughter 
voice has me quivering impatiently 
everything about him disarms me
yet again we must part for a while 
inside i cry tears of bitter sorrow 
remembering your lips on my cheeks
fingers caressing my bare skin slowly 
does your heart ache like mine does darling 
and once more tears swim in my eyes;
then they slide fast
you are not here to set my heart ablaze 
your eyes cannot see my soul
​​​​​​​now i can't see your smile 
your voice is lost in texts 
the sorrow is set free...
