BITTER SWEET LOVE

BITTER SWEET LOVE

KISS MY LIPS
WITH YOUR COTTON CANDY TONGUE,
WHILE YOU POISON MY HEART
WITH YOUR FLATTERING LIES.

I ADORE YOUR BEAUTY,
THAT IS AS RADIANT
AS THE NOONDAY SUN,
AND IS EASILY REMOVED
BY YOUR EVENING BATH.

WHISPER IN MY EAR,
THE LOVE YOU HAVE
ONLY FOR ME,
WHILE YOU CALL
YOUR LOVERS NAMES
OUT LOUD.

I AM FASCINATED
WITH EVERY ASPECT
OF YOUR MISERABLE LIFE,
AND ON BENDING KNEES,
BEG OF YOU,
TO BECOME MY WIFE.

WILFORD BARKER.
