Black Dont Crack

Black Dont Crack

Sometimes I hate the skin im in.
We all sin and walk around with a grin not just black men.
Slaves now as much as we were then.
Dont pretend!
Talking bout racism isnt that big of a deal any more.
Then what yall elected Donald Trump for?
We didn't choose to be poor.
Guess I won't be nothing if im not dealing, playing sports, or on a rap tour.
Its hard being me, color wise.
Maybe i should sell out and wear a disguise.
Bet you'd appreciate me more if i looked like you.
Now lie some more and tell me it isnt true.

Hello Mel...

Many of my Nieces and Nephews are multi-racial and they are loved beyond this Earth...

With the guidance and readiness to do something great in their future...

They lack for nothing...

They live in Beautiful Houses...

Their college is paid for when they get older...

They can own their own business, whatever they decide to do...

One of my Best Friends is prejudice against white people and I just laugh at her and tell her, must I remind you again, you still love me?

She says no...

We just laugh...

Great write!

Thank you for sharing...

Hugs...

It works against many of us...

I understand...

We all work for them, even if we own it, we still pay...

People with certain disabilities, they get a check...

But, it's all a mess...

Some people pull together and it works very well for them...

Many have to live a part...

Makes it more difficult...

Hugs...
