Bleeding Oceans

Oceans bleed from my eyes 
Shades of blue like aquamarine despair  
Fighting battles animated by the heart 
Hands stained with tides That collected in the recesses 
Wounded by the words the Society preached to me 
"Raise her up then cast her away"
Like the bleach stained shores the waters fashion into islands in my heart 
Littered with used cigarettes and broken liquor bottles 
"Raise her up then cast her away"
Into the waters of Topaz agony 
A cast away with the ocean pouring out her eyes 
Onto the marble floors  
Ripping away the sandy shores of her cheek
Until she's as bleached as the rest of the Society
