Oh blessed Mary virgin of light
May you brighten our darkest night
 
Can you take us past the rivers of sin
Plant a new seed of hope and let it begin

How many virtues you carry
 
Mother Mary we pray unto thee
ake our captive hearts and set them free
 
May you lay your holy hands upon us
From your station of love and trust
 
Mother Mary forever kind and wise
See the compassion within your eyes
 
Blessed Mary heal the world’s wounds
Say that the dawn of love will be coming soon
 
Blessed Virgin Mary mother to all
Will you catch us before the fall
 
Blessed mother of nurturing love
