Blondie! (The Good,The Bad, The Ugly)

Blondie! (The Good,The Bad, The Ugly)

Where are you Blondie?

My fair haired angel

Who swore to protect me

I sit on a horse

With a rope tight around my neck

Save me Blondie!

Don't let me die like a fat pig

They can call me a horse thief

Adulterer

Bank robber

Kidnapper

Back shooting, murderer

Polygamist

Arsonist

But I'm innocent

Of all these charges

My only crime

Is being poor, Blondie

And in the wrong place

At the wrong time

I’ve broken no law

Please Blondie

I promise that from now on

I'll give my life to god

Join the priesthood

And read my bible five times a day

The noose is tightening on my neck

Please, Blondie

Don't  let me die this way

Great tribute to a wonderful movie.  And could there be any better casting?

High five, Kimmy, and you're so right about the casting man, I don't know if I've ever seen a more entertaining movie from start to finish, even if you're not a fan of westerns....I can't watch any movie more than once, but this one I've seen about 5 times, lol....cheers Kimmy, keep on rocking

Just came on and I'm glad to see your comment bro.....lol  yeah I thought you might like this one....Dude I won't say that I've seen ALL westerns but I've seen quite a lot;  Outlaw Josey Wales; I was looking at it again last week; the Beguiled is really cool and it is one of only a few movies that our boy Eastwood expired in....Valdez is coming, I've seen it and I'm thinking John Saxon, but Burt Lancaster is also coming to mind and Death Hunt is based on a true story, I saw the documentary about a month or so ago....hey have you seen Once Upon a Time in the West or Tombstone?  Two great ones, Last Sunset with Henry Fonda and Anthony Quinn is also excellent, High Noon also and honestly The Quick and the Dead with Sharon Stone was not bad at all; really good cast....lol there are many great westerns;  I've even seen a few in Italian, though I don't speak the language.....But yeah man, The Good The Bad and the Ugly is as good as it gets for pure entertainment.....just think of the cast; Lee Van C.   Eli Wallace and Clint....I tried to put in the part where Eastwood said at the beginning of the movie;  'such ingratitude after all the times I saved your life'  but felt that most would not 'get it'.....please man write one, would love to read it....thanks Eddie...ttyl

I can't believe I just wrote this amazingly long comment on this and then it disappeared on me (HATE that!).............anyway, now I'm going to forget everything...........I just wanted to say......like every other movie Lover.........I LOVE this flick.........seen it at least a dozen times.........maybe more...........but ........it is NOT my favorite Clint Eastwood western (not including "Unforgiven" in this) .........my favorite Clint western is..........drum roll.............."PALE RIDER"..........for a LOT of reasons.......one of which is that it's based on a story from the Bible about death arriving in town on a gray (pale) horse............the bad guys are called the "LaHood family" (funny in it's own right)..............but the symbolism in this flick is amazing......ever get the chance........you should.........promise it won't disappoint!!.........great supporting cast too Sean Penn's brother Chris.....Michael Moriarty etc, etc............anyway.........can't believe I almost missed this...........you have a knack for picking cool films..........which is what I try to do on my blog.............great tribute write brother............lets talk soon bro..........send me your number.......I can call you right now...........just sayin'..............ttyl..............T xo

T, I just sent you my number, just sayin lol....hey Pale Rider is for sure one of my favourite Clint Eastwood westerns; it has that special mystery element to it as well.... but the man never made too many bad westerns, did he?.....when you said you lost a message I cringed, I just about threw my computer out the window the other day for losing 3 in a row, not even kidding.....As far as the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, I love that movie; I have a very short attention span at times for films; especially when I can figure out the plot in the first five minutes, but yeah this movie still entertains me; it's like listening to your favourite song over and over;  it's the dialogue I think....and that is a bit ironic as well considering it it a spaghetti western, the movie has this cool campy dialogue that these characters deliver so perfectly, you just don't see that in to many movies, period....and the actors all seem to be having a great time with their roles as well, although I never saw Eli Wallace in another western.....hey thanks man, I enjoy the conversation this one inspires....cheers,
