Bon ap·pé·tit

Wild caught Salmon, seared and baked, seasoned with salt and lemon pepper. 

Onions, mushrooms marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and caramelized.

Add onions and mushrooms after straining excess balsamic vinaigrette to brown rice and stir with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Plate the brown rice as the base, place the Salmon upon it, add tomatoe and garlic mixture as topping.

Voila, bon ap·pé·tit!

Pan seared Salmon baked, served over brown rice, marinated and caramelized mushrooms, onions and topped with fresh tomatoes and garlic! 

One of my families favorite dinners, don’t forget to serve the pups the fish skin! They absolutely love it!!!
