Poem -

Bounce Houses in the Sky

i'm afraid you'll forget me,
that you'll move on without me,
that you'll replace me.
i'm more than afraid to lose you,my best friend.

you won't remember the things we talked about;
all the bounce houses in the sky,
the hell,
the alikeness of you and i,
all the random thoughts,
the copied puns,
the book ideas we'll never write.

the bounce houses will fall,
hell will freeze over,
we'll grow and change to be never the same,
the thoughts won't be spoken,
the puns won't make sense,
the books will remain unwritten.

if you forget me and leave me behind,
there won't be the bounce houses in the sky.
