Thats why i try not to think because using ones brain is
actually a filter to the mind. two completely different
bodily functions of human nature.
pay no mind to normal situations, i say walk directly
into any situation and by the time you notice any sort of
discomfort of any sort , the entire situation already
happened.
without fear. without knowledge, anxieties, no what ifs,
because everything happens for a reason learn by
experience, without it one would be deemed sheltered,
dumb or indifferent.
it seems weird to me to humor my brain with emotions
regarding anything other then present time.
some people get worked up about the past others have
fears and severe anxiety about tommorow
stress fear anxiety pain etc has clouded everyones
perpective of the present.
