A golden bridge of memories of you

Stretches from me to you in heaven above.

It helps to keep you close to me

I call it my bridge of love.

I miss you so much

There is only heartache

And it will never go away from me.

Time crawls so slowly

But does eventually pass me by.

But never a day do I forget you

But still every day I sit and cry.

In my heart my love for you

Will forever be there.

Only the Lord knows how much I miss you

As this lonely year ends without you here.

My heart will always painfully ache with this terrible sadness.

My lonely tears every day they flow

Because what it means to lose you

Nobody will ever know.

Although I smile at everyone I see

To them I never make a fuss.

Just how I miss you so much.

The time we had together

I so often recall.

And thats when I miss you son most of all.

My time in life passes so slowly

But it does not fade away.

But my thoughts and memories
