Broken hearts

Where do broken hearts go when they feel like they no longer belong when do you realize that love doesn't exist and the flame that once burned inside of you is truly gone how much time do you put into something before you honestly understand that it's all just a waste and how do you heal the pain of knowing that time can't be given back or replaced where do you get the strength to pull yourself up from such a low and how do you teach your heart to give up and to just let go they say home is where the heart is so what if you lose your way and you did all you can do and prayed all the prayers you know how to pray have you ever felt like your life was cursed the day that you were born and in all of the madness that's your soul was removed and your heart completely torn
