Broken hearts

When you said your last goodbyes.
A huge part of me died inside.
The pain I felt my eye's couldn't hide.
With the thoughts without you by my side.

You left without a glance.
Was something I will never understand.
How once you stood in front of me
And told me I was your other half.

As weeks went on I watched it move
Behind your eye's.
The taste of betrayal your face could
No longer hide.

Even knowing what you done
Still makes it so much harder
In moving on.
And I know it won't be easy to
Walk away.
But I have to let you go.
It will hurt for a while
But I know ill be fine.
Because i know I have let go.

Because my heart deserves to
Belong too someone new.
And in someone else's hands.
