can you see
can you see what i see
when i look at me
no smoke no mirrors
just the real me
a timid scared little girl
always watching for the big bad wolf
what you see
differs from what i see
and what the world
will let me be
we all wear many faces
i have taken mine off
now all you can see
the girl that's in me
but when you look at me
that's not what you see

today's world is so full of deception and lies and i will not participate in that world.i have to be true to myself if i truely want to be happy.the only face everybody see's is my real face and you may not like it but i am happy.
