Cancer Do You Hear Me
Cancer do you hear me?
This is what I have to say.
Cancer you can kiss off,
You did not win today?
If itās flesh you need to live in,
Go find it down in hell,
Cuz God came and took him,
And left you an empty shell!
His body no longer breathes,
His heart no longer beats.
Without these things of life,
You have nothing left to eat!
So as he goes to live above,
Heās laughing down at you!
Smiling at your pretend win,
And what heās about to do!
Heās loading up his tractor
And preparing his open field
A crop will soon be growing
As Godās plan has been revealed
He is living high above,
And not feeling any of your pain!
He is now restored with energy,
Laughing, as dying was his gain!
Cancer do you hear me?
Thatās all I had to say!
Cancer you can kiss off!
You did not win today!!!!

I wrote this poem the day my father in law passed away. Ā I have unfortunately witnessed what cancer can do on so many occasions and have always thought about the person losing a battle with cancer. Ā Until this day. Ā On 4/18/14, I became angry and then I realized, cancer has never won. Ā God has. Ā Thank for reading and I hope you enjoy.
