Where Were You

Where Were You

Where were you,
When I was trembling with fear?
Where were you,
When I was angry and needed to vent?
Where were you,
When I was hungry?
Where were you,
When I was hurting?
Where were you,
When I felt alone?
Where were you,
When I was worried?
Where were you,
When I was stressed?
Where were you,
When I just need company?
Where were you,
When I needed a hug?
Where were you,
When I needed you?
Now that I am dead...
Stay gone.
I don't need you now.
