The Candy I Love To Love

The Candy I Love To Love

Candy is my favorite choice,

In my head I hear the voice,

The voice of the smooth sweet taste of Mary Jane,

And I’m definitely hooked on the Candy Cane,

I love Mounds of that powder on a Fun Dip stick,

Sometimes only a Twix can cure my candy fix,

If you see me drowning in chocolate, just do me one favor,

Don't call for help, throw me a life saver,

My boys Mike and Ike, always know what’s up,

The often imitated never duplicated Reese’s PB cup,

In the Big Leagues Chew Reggie Jackson's my Mr. October, and Baby Ruth's the man,

Did you know for 50 cent you can get a Payday of 100 Grand?

I'll always love a Kiss; A Sour Patch makes me Pucker,

I know how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Lollipop, because for candy I’m an all day sucker,

I Snickered with Almond Joy the first time I saw it,

I can’t remember that one with the funny name Ah Watchamacallit,

If I had the choice between a T-bone steak and a Clark Bar, candy is more delicious,

And the way Pop Rocks blow up in my mouth is so Bubblicious,

With every piece, my love for candy would grow,

And every time I eat some Skittles I just tasted a rainbow,

I always have Butterfingers when I Gumdrop them in my mouth,

I love MM’s, it’s the wrapper (rapper) I can do without,

I remember when Atomic Fire Balls, Starburst on the scene,

And the way Pixy Sticks make me feel like a Krackel fiend,

3 Musketeers, always come thru in a Crunch and Nerds are Smarties all the time,

And down on the Jolly Rancher my favorite’s Lemon Head-lime,

I can always brighten my day with a piece of dark chocolate,

And sometimes I make a candy pie I call it the candy "hot pocket",

Eating so much candy I'll have to run a Marathon, Now or Later,

And I got a Bazooka for all the Milk Duds and Airheads, who are candy haters,

Boston Baked Beans don't give me gas and Hot Tamales I love the burn,

You might think it's dirty but I love the Gummy Worm,

I fall to Reese’s Pieces and Chuckle trying to remember all the candy I like,

Maybe I’ll Take 5 sit back, enjoy the cool sensation of a York Peppermint Patty and watch the Milky Way tonight,

Or maybe I’ll be a Kit Kat go to a Mr. Goodbar try to be a Smoothie and pick up some Chiclets or a Red Hot Bit O Honey,

Or maybe not cause I’m no Sugar Daddy don’t want no Sugar Babies cause that cost too much money,

So for now I'll throw Bottle Caps in the wishing well and wish for some Swedish Fish,

If only I could use a swimming pool to be my candy dish,

So last but not least I’ll mention Oh’ Henry, Heath, and Dove,

This is all the candy, Good and Plenty that I love to love.
