What can I say
I've not done this before
What can I say
That won't warrant more 
You stare at your coffee cup
Eyes in disbelief 
As you listen to my statement 
There is no reprieve 
No turning back now
I am who I am
I've directed my own life
I've chosen my path
Whether it be right or wrong
My feet will keep going
Either way, this journey
