The Cave of Doom

Black cascading from the taverns of the mind

Deep the darkest of shadows in the pools of blood

Cover the bottom of the entrance of doom with stalactites of fire

The rats through and through lurking upon you as you get lost

With every circle you meet yourself again and again until you melt

Melt into a hot lava of guts and bones from the others before you

The hands of a creature, a living type of giant size bats live beneath this cave

Each bite they rip your head then they drink your blood until your heart cracks in half

Once you are eaten the bats begin to lay eggs, they multiply and recreate

The most hideous being, not human but half man and half beast

They leave the cave and fly through the night until daybreak they return

Looking for children dressed in their costumes on Halloween, they will be

Lifted from earth into the sky, they cry, they scream, then doomed to the graves

The cave of doom, the most gory room you will never return
