Cherry Blossom

Rosettes on vapid bough
Balmy a callow sough
Anther scepter aplenty
Rapture abides gently
Bequeath thy lovely grace
Bless human-race
Nature omnipotent smile
Bids spring stay awhile
Cherry blossoms aloft
Amidst chartreuse soft
Plush petals flow
Alight blushing snow
Along a timeworn lane
Fuchsias gingerly rain
Swirling in spring mist
Rouge delightfully kist
