This poem is to remind us that all the children on this planet need our guidance and protection, guidance and love :)

CHILDREN OF OUR YOUTH   

When I hear the children laughing

So innocent, so small

In a world filled with such cruelty

I have to worry about them all

When I hear the children laughing

Such wonderment, such truth

What will become of, or happen to

These beautiful children of our youth?

Such innocence, love and amazement

A true child’s cool delight

You will hear their laughter echo everywhere

Throughout our world at night

Hear the children’s’ laughter

Such innocence of mind

We’ll stand on guard and we must fight

When life becomes unkind

Please pray for all these beautiful children

Give them a loving home

Help these children keep their innocence

As they live, learn and grow….
