Close Your Eyes
Close your eyes
Count to sleep
Before you know it
You are in a dream
Imagination
Takes you there
Don't know how
Don't know where
Feeling extraordinary
Feeling awake
This imagination
Is a piece of cake
Takes you in and out
Of endless places
Living in a deja vu
While you're in stasis
Possibilities exists
The bizarre and odd
Defying the laws of nature
We feel like gods
You could stay here
For an eternity
And relish in adventures
Created for you exclusively
Bending space
A magical world
Going back in time
Or the underworld
Imagination
In our subconscious
A sane creation
For all our little nonsenseÂ

You captured so beautifully the essence, and peculiarities of dreaming! Wonderful! Dreaming is such a cool thing, and I think really indicative of the state of our minds, and thoughts. Some seem so real, and scare the bejeezers out of you(and I don't have that many bejeezers left! I had to sell some on Ebay in order to purchase a ham sandwich), but they're freaky, and sometimes sooooo amazing, and beautiful. Loved this write. I love gorgeously written pieces that make me think, so thank you!Â
