Clouds

Clouds

Id like to be a cloud some day
Just free to go along my way
Not ever having to words to say
Just hidden figures to display
From dark to white and every gray
Top every mountain, every bay
They bring us life, great lakes to bath
Provide us summers mercy shade
Glorious and full array
A band of bouncing pillows play
Small dotted skies, full blankets laid
Till strong winds blow them all away
Cementing that they cannot stay
I’d like to be a cloud someday.
