Cold Hard Grave (Fathers Approval)

Approval; maybe it's something you don't truly need , or maybe it's everything he says you'll never be. Does he tell you "you'll always be alone?" Does he scream it over the phone? Does he leave you thinking you'll die in a cold hard grave before he loves you , or that the world will end before he looks at you and thinks "I'm proud of him , of my son" are those the insults that he speaks? Or are those only a few? 

I hope you think of me , I hope you think of me by everything . Even by the gentle morning dew. I hope this because no matter anyone's feelings , I'm yours for eternity. I'm desperately , hopelessly in love with  you. I'm desperately yours. I hope you set aside your father & I'll set aside mine, together we'll set aside all of their negative dealings.  Let's change each other,let's make each other. Let's love each other. A endless life of love , like a twisting grape vine.
