Colonialist English

They want to do away with English - just imagine,
every country was colonialist apart from Luxembourg;
we could always learn Icelandic I suppose,
and then disappear like trolls into Nordic prose.

We're universal chaps - what would they speak
in North America - hispanic, yiddish or Polak?
Then in Oz, they'd have to go back to abo,
did I hear someone say rediculous, as you go.

Of course, we're tired of empires, espec. Chinese,
let's airbrush all the things you don't like please;
it didn't work, suddenly we have a completely new set,
you made it worse, still haven't achieved equality yet.

The next time there's a suggestion from a clown,
when the moment comes, we'll kick them out of town.
