Colors

Colors

Can you hear me? Because I hear you.
Do you see, the way I do.
Love is red,
Trust is blue,
Disappointment is a mix of the two.
I see colors near and far,
These colors define who we are.
A mix of green and a little yellow,
Might just tell me that times are mellow.
A little pink with a little blue
Reminds me, of when I met you.
But of all the colors in all the land
I found a new one, just holding your hand
A color that I cannot describe
Or the feelings it left inside.
Colors colors all around,
So many more to be found.
