Comes A Time

There comes a time when we all need someone
But sometimes, who we need, is someone we can’t call upon
There comes a time when we all need a little love
But sometimes, the love we need, isn’t returned or from above
There comes a time when we all need a little hope
But sometimes, the simplest form of hope comes from a big joke
There comes a time when we all need a little faith
But sometimes, the faith we seek, isn’t in our domain
Sometimes, there isn’t a name for anything we need 
Sometimes, what we need, just isn’t there
Which is why we have to find it within ourselves
To become our own, heroes and thieves, 
To become one, as we seek what we need
It’s all already in our hearts, we just need to believe
That everything we need is at arms reach.
To guide us further and to lead the way
That we continue to go forward and never look the other way.
