Poem -

Confined By Blood

Family

An unbreakable union of love and support

But in reality a group of people who demean and distort

One for all and all for one

From the one we all are stung

You've taken my spirit and with it you've hung

Hurtful interactions and small minded views

To remain in this family I no longer choose

You can not buy me, you can not contain me

I'd rather be free, than a limb to this tree.
