Control
You can always control yourself,
But sometimes not the situation.
You can probably control the fear,
But most times not the anticipation.
You can control your walk,
But not the clock,
Sometimes it ticks slow then fast.
You can always control the future,
But sometimes not the past.
You can come in first or last,
But some things are just better with a mask.
