Coping
Sad
Snatched away far soonÂ
life's turned upside downÂ
with a massive boom
your heart is broken your life's a messÂ
your out of your mind with worry and stress
you can't see a future all on your own the fear of sitting at home aloneÂ
your mind is thinking oh what will I doÂ
I can't do any of this not without youÂ
but you must be strong and tunnel through
there's friend and family whom are there for you.

Wow!! LORRAINE!!....This is so VERY well expressed.....I lost two sisters to sudden loss!!.....I fell over in the shower when I first heard....and the second time I simply slid down in my chair and melted into a puddle ......I am so very sorry for your loss....I think it is quite brave of you to share the inner turmoil that goes along with "COPING".......Thank you dear poet sister!!......Truly!!.......LOTS of Love!!......T xo : (
