Crashing dream

These drizzles are rare, the days are coming and going with the puddles below and the blackened raven is fighting the lonely crow.
If this day is real then why don't I already know.
Let me go, today in winter or tomorrow in spring, summers soon coming and I can't hold off until autumn
My sense of fear has strangely fallen
And my hallucinations don't seem right.
Another dancing light
Maybe the colors I praise paint the brim of the night.
But maybe that same brim is teething with wonder and it's impossible not to reach in and bite.
Forever in the coldest winter I'll lay by the shivering leaves and the yawning moon,
In this dream of kalidascopes I've been deserted and left to the wolves that howl a fading memory of tomorrow's memories.
Come down sweetheart it's never as frightening as it seems
For this brokenhearted truth is only a raindrop in a sea of infinite dreams.
