Creature's of habit

I have seen what institution can do. I have known an uncle who was institutionalized. Creature of habit, tea, pills, electroshock therapy. Even the smartest of the race has habits that they can't break. Work is at certain times, elderly 3 o'clock cup of coffee in the institute of old folks homes where they can be a dribbling mess. I think about the habits of the ones I think of. Wanting to be on top 420 time. Wanting to be a little more diverse, have an addictive personality habits will draw back your body to crave. Habits will save the brain from the grave, habits chain or free you all at the same time. Creature of the bad habits we pick up. Creature of free will making up our own minds. We all seek out creature comforts.
