Crying

My love, my life, my sated soul, these things add up to you;
My life is now all I have left, for I’ve lost the other two!
You were the center of my universe, the sun that me sustained;
But now, raging storms have blocked its warmth, and brought me “Purple Rain”!
 The showers come in form of tears, that saturate my heart;
And flood it with the depth’s despair, since the night we had to part!
But more than seas that overflow, is the drought within my soul;
For the love that used to it inundate, “The Reaper” one night stole!
Now I lay in languid loneliness, so thirsting for your love;
At night you’ll send it down to me, in dreams from up above!
For a while I feel I’m whole again, my love and soul return;
But then I waken all alone, and my heart begins its churn!
I’ll cry until the day I die, posthumous, if not with you;
My soul will sob till the ends of time, until again we’re two!
And then the tears and drought will end, reunited, my love and soul;
Eternities we’ll roam the stars, lost soulmates, now are whole!

Hi larry.... what a beautifully, written poem so sad, but of an undying love, tears in my eyes,
And then the tears and drought will end,reunited my love and soul;
Eternities we`ll roam the stars lost soulmates, now are whole!
