I remember lazy days spent
on Chapel Beach,
 happy with a bucket
and spade, digging ...
 an icecream, drink of lemonade..
didn't have to be entertained
by technology,
 that's why we are far less
stressed than the Millennials
who can't exist without their
social media activity..
I can sit here all day...
