Cupids arrow leaves nothing but pain
As she tries her utmost to be happy again
But how can her feelings become pure & so strong
Her love of her life left her heartbroken & wrong

Partners follow her sadness As she travels around
Offering her lasting commitment
Every necessity abound

Though she tries to mask her sadenning smile
Lifting her spirits
Just for a while

Deep in the depths 
Of her lonely small room
Lurks her memories of him
Only heartache, sheer gloom

What was the reason ?
Why did this love not last ?
