Kin

Maybe I wasn't there...

Maybe I wasn't there but their cries still echo in my head

           Anonymous: You weren't there

A horrible scream to haunt my dreams, because they said

           Anonymous: You weren't there

The sound of rakes, bones that break, last breathes they take to say

            Anonymous: You weren't there

I hardly sleep because they seep into my sleep saying

            Anonymous: You weren't there

The sound of chains, screams of pain, they try in vein to say

            Anonymous: You weren't there

I cant ignore, Ive tried before, but still they force a..

            Anonymous: You weren't there

They sing their songs, that stick like prongs, the loudest gong of

             Anonymous: You weren't there!

In my mind, waves of signs all combined to spell

              Anonymous: You weren't there!

On this paper, on the walls, and down the halls reads

              Anonymous: You weren't there!

To attempt to say that I'm exempt because I wasn't there, couldn't be fair because in reality my totality is a far drawn reflection of theirs
