Curtain Call

Curtain Call

I played a major part in
'My Own Downfall' ,
it was a speaking part,
I was the star ( if you
didn't know)
I gave it my whole..
It was easy to slide
down the old
social ladder..
I just let everything
go..
slipping entirely
out of hand..
aided by alcohol..
to dull the experience..
and I think I achieved
a convincing performance,
almost grand theatrical..
Catch me at the end
of the pier..
