Daily Basis

Daily Basis

I need to go new places.

Know where my space is.

See a mixture of races.

Feel a variety of embraces.

Something my body chases.

Something nothing replaces.

Because this time, I'm sick and tired of how slow this pace is.

And how this tightly restricted lifestyle encases.

Who am I as a human being?

Because all I am feeling and seeing,

is social disconnection,

in human self-reflection.

It's just the same old, warm, cold faces,

on a daily basis.
