Dance

When the music hits my feet and my hands
My body reveals what it understands
When the music hits my ears and my Soul
My body forgets what is has been told
When the music hits my neighbor's curfew
My body reminds me why dance brings through
The music can start and finish a jig

When the music fails my feet and my hands
My body reveals what it understands
When the music fails my ears and my Soul
My body forgets what is has been told
When the music fails my neighbor's curfew
My body reminds them why dance brings through
Who wants a neighbor who does not jig ???
