The Darkness

The Darkness

Oblivious to time my mind wanders,
A different sense of passion,
A taste of the unknown,

In the distance, the moon shines bright,
As the darkness stays to itself
A bright moon shines

The sun takes over,
But the darkness stays dark,
As it hides all powers.

Darkness is enlightened by nothing.
Its powers blind the moon and the sun
Both are devastated

Useless with powers drained,
Drained to the limits
Drained of all of the light endured.

The universe itself.
Powerless…………………..
As taste buds face the neglect of light.
