The mind works in mysterious ways and even though I wasn’t planning to come back till Jan, my creative juices persuaded me otherwise. Or maybe I just miss you guys 😉. (Its the day after Xmas in Aus if your wondering) Either way, hope you're doing well. Peace and smiles.
New dawn
Fake yawn
I hate to bore
But I`m back for more
I hit a four
Boundary line
Interesting lullaby
Let me sing, let me rhyme
About sunsets in salty oceans
Forget about motion
Its all stuck and frozen
But it`ll thaw in time
We don`t need a life
Regretted it, I`m fine
Tragedy seems to strike
All the time
Trust me I`m tired.
But forgive me if I`m short-sighted
In the end, we`ll be alright
2021 will all brake light
Keep up the fight, welcome back
From your holiday cheer
And enjoy the fireworks.

Aye, I sort of felt the same, discouraged by a second Corona lock down in The Netherlands and even lost the need to free myself of it by poetry 😭, but now that Xmas is almost over and I am quietly passing the days with my wife that weird daze is passing. The future is coming on strong😁🤗 Happy 2021 to all

I did manage to get a brake, which was lucky seeing how I only just got my exams in before a lockdown... next year, as my last year will be a bit challenging to balance my work.
