" Days Like That "

I wrote a comment here but forgot to touch publish comment. So I will once again share with you how this poem came together. The first four lines of this poem was written to share the days and how they were not really different than the ones before. I guess I started thinking about those that I have lost and how much I painfully missed them. I loved them my whole life, in fact from the very second I was born I've known them. "All my life." You don't really think of ever living without them until one is gone. Now my world has changed and handed me another challenge to live, get thru and go on without them. I know that Heaven exists and the reason I know is( I want to share this with all of you) just minutes before I was going to end my life, there in front of my eyes, God showed me the only way he knew to help ease a pain that I needed gone, "was heaven" I was only given a few seconds but that was all I needed to feel so happy inside, lose a heavy weight from my shoulders and to believe again and to feel the strength of my faith once again. I need to tell you just what I saw, the most brightest amazing, beautiful shining peaceful sun, along with others there, beautiful blowing grass and what I later realized was my family. Sitting in the rays of the sun and other places. I remember every single detail of a blessing I received. I will always feel the warmth, and glory of that sun. Heaven waits, and this I know. I haven't shared my experience with hardly anyone, but I hope this can help others, it's there for everyone of us..
