Dear NHS

Dear NHS 
Thank you for all you do for the people of this country, do you have problems of course you do what system as complex as yours doesn’t 
So why can’t people see past your problems as while some can have Catastrophic consequences all the good you do and the lives you have  saved are never actually publicised and get flooded by the negativity that the media feed to us

Thank you for saving my life on many occasions, have their been blips in my experience where I’ve disputed with you of course there have, as no system is perfect 
So yes your not Perfect, however I know and respect you as without you I would have easily bankrupted my family 

Thank you, in fact no thank you will ever be enough as you work so hard in conditions that are only made worse by a system that undermines you completely, but you still smile on holding a county up when you can hardly sustain yourself
