dear Pain

dear Pain

Dear pain
Why do you hold on to me so tight?
Your words empressive bite.
Im claimed as a friend from you.
Fear taunts all truth.

You're an excruciating ex
Who never wants to leave.
All thoughts running
Leaving emotions annoyed yet peeved.

Ding - Dong goes the doorbell
As you hope to extend your stay.
Little suitcase and baggage packed.
Your addiction keeps me going back for more.

You saunter with a saucy grin
As you sashay into my house
Right to my heart
Sharing so much secrets.

Leaving me wanting more
So welcome home misery
Cause this is where you belong.
